| “医教协同”是我国医学高等教育改革的重要指导思想，也是医学人才培养的必然趋势。本文围绕“医教协同”这一指导思想，开创性地提出“医学影像治疗型人才”这一概念，整合“医学院校-医院-医学会”三方优势，以“垂直型”模式共同培养医学影像治疗型人才，满足社会日益变化中对医学影像治疗型人才的需求。 |

| Medical education collaboration is an important guiding ideology for the reform of medical higher education in China, and it is also an inevitable trend in the cultivation of medical talents. This article focuses on the guiding ideology of medical education collaboration and innovatively proposes the concept of medical imaging therapeutic talents. It integrates the advantages of medical colleges hospitals medical associations and uses a vertical model to jointly cultivate medical imaging therapeutic talents, meeting the demand for medical imaging therapeutic talents in the ever-changing society. |
