响应面法制备枸橼酸铋钾智能喷雾水凝胶工艺研究

摘 要: |
目的:为制备得到一种治疗复杂口腔溃疡的新型外用制剂,研究枸橼酸铋钾智能喷雾水凝胶的制备工艺参数。方法:以可喷性和黏度为综合评分,通过单因素实验考察去乙酰化结冷胶、甘油、泊洛沙姆的用量,及水浴温度和凝胶基质与等渗液的体积比对智能喷雾水凝胶的影响,并建立以去乙酰化结冷胶浓度,泊洛沙姆、凝胶基质与等渗液的体积比为因素的星点设计-效应面优化法试验。结果:通过design expert8.0.6.1软件分析,得到枸橼酸铋钾智能喷雾水凝胶最佳制备工艺参数为结冷胶浓度0.23%,泊洛沙姆用量1.03g,凝胶基质与等渗液体积比为13:1。结论:该工艺制得的枸橼酸铋钾智能喷雾水凝胶综合评分高,重现性好,可操作性强,适合枸橼酸铋钾智能喷雾水凝胶工业生产。 |

Preparation of bismuth potassium citrate intelligent spray hydrogel by response surface method

Purpose: To prepare a new dosage form for the treatment of complex oral ulcers and study on the preparation process parameters of bismuth potassium citrate intelligent spray hydrogel.Method: the experiment used the spray ability and viscosity as the comprehensive score. Through single factor experiment, the investigation analyzed the influence of factors such as deacetylated gellan gum, glycerol, Poloxamer, water bath temperature and the volume ratio of placebo and isotonic solution on smart spray hydrogel on the bismuth potassium citrate intelligent spray hydrogel0. And, a Central composite design-response surface method was established by the experiment, using deacetylated gellan gum concentration, Poloxamer, the volume ratio of placebo and isotonic solution as factors. Result: Through design expert 8.0.6.1 software analysis, the optimal preparation process of bismuth potassium citrate intelligent spray hydrogel was as follows: deacetylated gellan gum concentration was 0.23%, Poloxamer 1.03g, and the volume ratio of placebo and isotonic solution was 13:1.Conclusion: The intelligent spray hydrogell prepared by this process had high comprehensive score, superior reproducibility and excellent operability. And the process is suitable for industrial production of bismuth potassium citrate intelligent spray hydrogel. |
