| 目的：Stargardt病是导致儿童失明的最普遍的遗传性原因，本研究就该病的发病机制及临床特点、诊疗新进展作一介绍。方法：检索截至2023年1月的文献，并进行了综合分析和总结。结果：由于目前缺乏有效的治疗方法，Stargardt病治疗的主要目的是延缓视力损害的进展。结论：未来有望出现针对 Stargardt 病的有效治疗方法。 |

| PURPOSE: Stargardt disease is the most common genetic cause of childhood blindness. This study introduces the pathogenesis, clinical features, and new progress in diagnosis and treatment of Stargardt disease. METHODS: The literature up to January 2023 was retrieved and comprehensively analyzed and summarized.RESLUTS: Due to the current lack of effective treatments, the primary goal of Stargardt disease treatment is to delay the progression of visual impairment. CONCLUSION: There is hope for an effective treatment for Stargardt disease in the future． |
