| 患儿男，2月，头面、颈、臀红斑、糜烂、结痂伴腹泻1月余。生后3周内出现AE样症状，先后到当地县医院及一家省级医院诊治，效果不佳。早产，母乳喂养。皮肤科检查：眼口鼻腔周围、头面部、颈部、枕后部、腋下、肛周、阴囊及阴茎周围见擦烂样红斑，边界清楚，部分皮损表面有糜烂、黄痂、脱皮。 诊断：暂时性症状性锌缺乏。治疗：补锌等对症治疗。 |

| The male patient presented with erythema, erosion, scab and diarrhea for more than 1 month in February. She developed AE symptoms within 3 weeks after birth, and received treatment in local county hospital and a provincial hospital successively, but the effect was not good. Premature birth, breast-feeding. Dermatological examination: around eye mouth nasal cavity, head face, neck, pillow back, armpit, anus, scrotum and penis see wipe rotten erythema around, boundary is clear, partial skin damage surface has erosion, yellow scab, desquamate. Diagnosis: temporary symptomatic zinc deficiency. Treatment: zinc supplement and other symptomatic treatment. |
