犬尿氨酸途径在心力衰竭中的研究进展

心力衰竭作为多种心血管疾病的终末阶段,其病理生理过程极为复杂;近几年研究发现犬尿氨酸途径的代谢水平及代谢物的比率与心衰患者的预后、死亡率密切相关,通过调节炎症反应、氧化应激并参与心肌重构在心力衰竭的发生发展中起重要作用;本文就犬尿氨酸途径在心力衰竭的研究进展进行综述,以期为心力衰竭的诊断和治疗提供新的思路。 |

Research progress on kynurenine pathway in heart failure

As the terminal stage of a variety of cardiovascular diseases, the pathophysiological process of heart failure is extremely complex. In recent years, studies have found that the metabolic level and the ratio of metabolites in the kynurenine pathway are closely related to the prognosis and mortality of patients with heart failure, and play an important role in the occurrence and development of heart failure by regulating inflammatory response, oxidative stress and participating in myocardial remodeling. This article reviews the research status of kynurenine pathway in heart failure, in order to provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of heart failure. |
