经颅直流电刺激对痉挛型脑瘫患儿步行运动功能的影响

摘 要: |
目的 评价经颅直流电刺激对痉挛型脑瘫患儿步行运动功能的影响。方法 60例来自郴州市第一人民医院康复科的小儿脑瘫患儿,并随机平分为两组,对照组采用常规康复治疗,观察组在常规康复治疗的基础上联合经颅直流电刺激。两组治疗均为1次/d,每周5天,共6周。观察两组治疗前后的肌张力、运动功能、平衡功能变化,比较疗效差异。结果 两组治疗均有效,两组的综合疗效及总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前的肌张力、GMFM中的D区和E区、Berg平衡量表评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组治疗后的肌张力、GMFM中的D区和E区、Berg平衡量表评分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);组内比较,治疗前后,两组的肌张力、GMFM中的D区和E区、Berg平衡量表评分较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 两组均能改善患者的肌张力、下肢步行功能、平衡功能;常规康复治疗联合经颅直流电刺激的改善效果较单一的常规康复治疗效果更显著,值得临床应用推广。 |

Objective To evaluate the effect of transcranial direct current stimulation on walking motor function in children with spastic cerebral palsy.Methods 60 children with cerebral palsy from the Rehabilitation Department of Chenzhou First People's Hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with conventional rehabilitation treatment, and the observation group was combined with transcranial direct current stimulation on the basis of conventional rehabilitation treatment.Both groups were treated once a day and 5 days a week for 6 weeks.The changes of muscle tone, motor function and balance function between the two groups before and after treatment,and compare the efficacy difference.Results Both groups were effective, and the overall efficacy and total response rate of the two groups were significant (P 0.05);No significant difference was found between muscle tone, D and E in GMFM, and Berg balance scale scores (P 0.05).Statistical differences in muscle tone, D and E in GMFM, and Berg balance scale scores were observed between the two groups (P 0.05 or P 0.01).Within-group comparison, muscle tone, D and E in GMFM, and Berg balance scale scores before and after treatment (P 0.01).Conclusion Both groups could improve muscle tone, lower limb walking function, and balance function, and balance function.The improvement effect of conventional rehabilitation treatment combined with transcranial direct current stimulation is more significant than that of a single conventional rehabilitation treatment.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion. |
