变应性鼻炎免疫治疗门诊智慧化管理的实践与效果评价

| 摘 要： |
| 目的 应用“敏识医云”智能化电子管理平台，开展变应性鼻炎免疫治疗门诊智慧化管理，并评价其应用效果。方法 采用回顾性分析，选取2019年12月—2021年5月在深圳大学总医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科免疫治疗门诊接受皮下免疫治疗的154例患者作为研究对象。对患者的治疗依从率进行统计，并应用视觉模拟量表（visual analogue scale，VAS）对患者的治疗效果进行评价。结果 经过一年的智慧化管理，入组的154例患者免疫治疗完全依从例数为105例（68.2 %），完全依从针次数为4 198针（97.9 %）。患者的VAS总分入组时为（24.7±15.9）分，治疗半年和治疗一年后明显下降，分别为（14.5±9.8）分和（9.9±7.1）分，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论 运用“敏识医云”电子管理平台开展变应性鼻炎免疫治疗门诊智慧化管理能提高患者治疗依从性，提升患者鼻炎的控制效果。 |

Implementation and effect evaluation of intelligent management in outpatient immunotherapy of allergic rhinitis

| Objective To optimize the intelligent electronic management platform of Sensitive Medical Cloud, carrying out the intelligent management of allergic rhinitis immunotherapy clinic, and evaluate its application effect. Methods 154 patients who received subcutaneous immunotherapy in the Department of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery, General Hospital of Shenzhen University from December 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects, and the intelligent management of immunotherapy outpatient service was carried out using this platform. The compliance rate of patients was counted, and the treatment effect of patients was evaluated by visual analog scale (VAS). Results After a year of intelligent management, 105 (68.2%) of 154 patients enrolled in the study were fully compliant with immunotherapy, and 4198 (97.9%) were fully compliant. The total VAS score of the patients was 24.7±15.9 points at the time of admission, and decreased significantly after treatment for half a year and one year, respectively 14.5±9.8 points and 9.9±7.1 points, with a statistically significant difference (P0.01). Among them, the scores of nasal symptoms, eye symptoms and chest symptoms of patients were significantly decreased after half a year of treatment, and the scores were further decreased after one year of treatment, which was statistically significant （P＜0.01）. Conclusion Using the intelligent electronic management platform of Smart Medical Cloud to carry out the intelligent management of allergic rhinitis immunotherapy clinic can improve the treatment compliance of patients and improve the control effect of patients with rhinitis, which is worth promoting. |
