老年人社区教育参与行为及意愿调查

摘要:目的 了解老年人社区教育参与行为及意愿现状,并探讨其参与社区教育意愿的影响因素,为开展社区老年教育的政策制定提供参考依据。方法 2023年1月16日至2月21日采用方便抽样的方式调查了763例老年人,问卷包括一般资料调查表、社区教育开展现状、社区教育参与现状、社区教育参与意愿调查表。采用SPSS 25.0统计软件进行数据分析。结果 老年人社区教育参与意愿较高,只有7.6%(n=58)老年人不愿意参与;然而34.47%(n=263)老年人从未参与过社区教育,44.56%(n=340)老年人表示社区教育从未开展过或“不清楚”社区教育的开展频率。老年人社区教育参与意愿在社区教育开展频率、是否有社区老年教育课程、是否有专职教师、社区设施设备完备程度、社区教育参与频率、社区教育了解程度比较上具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 老年人社区教育参与意愿较高,然而社区教育普及度较低,老年人的参与意愿受社区教育组织因素(如课程、教师、设备)的影响,亟待完善社区教育的资源配置。

Survey on the Community Education Participation Behaviour and Willingness of Older Adults

Abstract: Objective To explore the current status of elderly adults’ participation behaviour and willingness to participate in community education, and the associated factors of their willingness, so as to provide a reference basis for policy formulation in the development of community education for the elderly. Methods From 16 January to 21 February 2023, 763 older adults were surveyed using a convenience sample method. The questionnaire included a general information questionnaire, the current situation of community education development questionnaire, the current situation of community education participation questionnaire, and the willingness to participate in community education questionnaire . SPSS 25.0 statistical software was used for data analysis. Results The willingness of older adults to participate in community education was fairly high, with only 7.6% (n=58) of older people not willing to participate; however, 34.47% (n=263) of older adults had never participated in community education and 44.56% (n=340) of older adults stated that community education had never been conducted or they were not sure about the frequency of community education. The willingness of older adults to participate in community education was statistically significant (p0.05) when comparing the frequency of community education, the availability of community education courses, the availability of full-time teachers, the adequacy of community facilities and equipment, the frequency of community education participation, and the level of understanding of community education. Conclusion The willingness of elderly adults to participate in community education is fairly high, however, the popularity of community education is low. The willingness of elderly adults to participate is associated with the organizational factors of community education (e.g. curriculum, teachers, equipment), and there is an urgent need to improve the resource allocation of community education.
